• Outpatient Nutrition Clinic — Ba Ria Hospital

  Contributed to the establishment proposal and led implementation from service model design and equipment specification through clinical workflows to operation. Member of the department's quality improvement project team; the project was recognised at the 5th National Forum on Hospital Quality (Ministry of Health).

• School nutrition programme — approx. 1,950 pupils

  Programme director for a full academic year: growth and body-composition assessment, nutritional screening, menu improvement, kitchen-staff and teacher training, parent communication, and a start-of-year to end-of-year data system to evaluate outcomes.

• Scientific evidence for a nutritional product

  Co-author of a study determining the glycemic index of a nutritional product under TCVN 10036:2013 (equivalent to ISO 26642:2010), a clinical trial in 15 healthy adults using continuous glucose monitoring; published in the Vietnam Medical Journal, 2026.

• Built HINU into a structured professional organisation

  Designed the operating model and organisational structure; developed clinical protocols, practice guidelines and SOPs; built a team of over 50 staff and associates and a nationwide network of more than 60 physicians and nutrition specialists.

• "Dinh Duong Dung" book series — 5 titles, Women's Publishing House

  Project director: series outline, authoring team, expert review process and publisher liaison. The first title has been released.
